I know, I know, it’s been a couple of days without a post. Mostly it has been spent in wonderful sunshine enjoying places like Madison, Rockford and a few other smaller towns. Yesterday though it was a 300 mile run down to Indianapolis. Arriving late afternoon and also changing over to East Coast time all that was left of the day was to take a stroll around the park out front of the hotel. Then today it’s the Motor Speedway and the Museum. Now I won’t go on adding text but just let the pictures take you through the morning. Hold on here goes as speeds touch 200 plus mph.

Just the car for the oval.

Getting set for turn three coming off of the back straight.

Coming off turn four and heading for the finish line.

We made it - the "brick yard" finish line. Not first though!!!!

So there you are a brief spin around the Brick Yard. It’s a pity it was done in a bus!!!! Grrrrrr. Still it was great fun.
