A walk along the Thames.

Although cold it was a very bright day and ideal for a brief walk along the river bank near Hurley Lock, on the River Thames. Obviously, there was little boating activity but it was interesting to see just how these sort of places look when visited “out of season”.

The main thing that surprised me was just how much of the flood water was left. Lots of the flooded areas still carried the signs referring to “picnics” and “BBQs”. I think that will be a few weeks off I’m afraid.

Towards the end of the walk storm clouds started to fill the sky and created some interesting lighting. Interesting enough to share them with you.
